Why teach Joyflow?

Most movement trainings teach you how to lead someone else's body. Joyflow teaches you how to help people listen to their own.

You aren’t learning choreography. You’re learning how to guide a journey rooted in choice, expression, connection, and joy.

What you’ll learn

THE JOYFLOW METHOD
Learn how to create a movement journey that helps people get out of their head and into their body.

GUIDING, NOT CHOREOGRAPHING
Learn invitational cueing and the foundations of guiding somatic + intuitive movement.

MUSIC + MUSICALITY
Learn to create an inward journey and energetic arc through music, pacing, and transitions.

SOMATIC TOOLS
Explore Joyflow practices to ground, open, release, express, and rest.

HOLDING THE ROOM
Develop the presence and awareness to create an inclusive, accessible group experience that still feels deeply personal.

MAKING IT YOURS
Learn the method while developing your own voice as a Joyflow teacher.
